Refund and Cancellation Policy for all bookings.

Welcome to our Refund/Cancellation policy, which will affect your financial agreement between the client, Danielle The Happy Medium, and Theoddbodschoolofmediumship. 

Please note that each booking is more than just a transaction. It's a commitment, a legally binding contract that you make with Danielle The Happy Medium and Theoddbodschoolofmediumship, and it's a commitment we trust you to honour.

• It's important to understand that ALL Bookings are Nonrefundable and Nontransferable. This underscores the significance of your decision to book with us.

• Once balances are paid in whole or part, they are not Refundable or Transferable. This policy reminds you of the weight of your commitment once you've made a booking. We cannot transfer fees/money to other bookings for missed bookings or non-attendance. The booking fee is nonrefundable/transferable.

• The first payment is the deposit to secure your space on a mentoring, intensive package, or school residential, either online or in person. This deposit is also nonrefundable and nontransferable.

• ​

• Payments must be received by the 30th of every month, at least three months in advance. Suppose payment/s are late without notification/agreement. In that case,  you risk losing your deposit, incurring additional fees, and potentially losing your place on the booking/course/mentoring/residentials/group/private sitting/gift voucher & Training in person or online. The customer/client/student is responsible for ensuring payments are timely.

• Payments are taken via card, online banking, Paypal, and the websites of Danielle the Happy Medium and The Odd Bod School of Mediumship.

• Suppose the customer decides to withdraw/decides not to go ahead with the program/Training/booking /(Group) /private sitting/ Gift voucher/school in person or online. In that case, the total balance will be liable to pay for the entire program length. Also, any money paid is not refundable or transferable.

• ​

• As of the 31st of January 2023, all mentoring/intensive/teaching training/school residentials/are now subject to an agreement email to be signed by the customer/client/student, to which card details will be held for any outstanding balances owed.

• Card/debit/credit card details are held under UK law.

• All outstanding balances to Danielle The Happy Medium and the Odd Bod School of Mediumship must be paid 28 days after the student/customer/client withdraws from or leaves the mentoring/training/intensive/residential school, in person or online.

• Cards on file will be charged any outstanding balances and fees.

• Any cards that are stopped/changed/refused the outstanding balance due will be subject to legal action by Danielle The Happy Medium/Danielle Smith.

• Dates and times for 121 mentoring, courses, Teaching courses, private sittings, gift vouchers, and mentoring online or in person are subject to change; if this happens, another date/time will be offered.

• ​

• In the event of cancellation (by Danielle The Happy Medium and TheOddBodSchoolOfMediumship monies paid will be transferable to another course; no refund is available. 

• ​

• Danielle, The Happy Medium, and The OddBodSchoolofMediumship reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking without explanation and to refund any payment made.

• Deposits are nonrefundable.

• You may be liable for additional charges, such as booking fees. Danielle, the Happy Medium, and The Odd Bod School of Mediumship will be deducted from the final refund amount.

• Charges at the time of advertising are subject to change occasionally.

If a refund is needed, please note that it may take 7- 14 working days and will be returned via your original payment method.

Service Disclaimer 

• The opinions expressed by individuals running the course or individuals within the training rooms are subject to their perception of reality and their responsibility. We can not be held responsible for that individual's word/s.

• Danielle The Happy Medium and The Odd Bod School of Mediumship operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding physical or verbal abuse of students, staff, or herself.

• ​

•  No cameras or other filming or video/audio recording equipment are to be used in the training rooms. The content of all audio and visual recordings remains the copyright of Danielle The Happy Medium and The Odd Bod School of Mediumship. It may not be used for public or commercial purposes.

• ​

• Any public use, whether or not for gain, will constitute a breach of the Copyright Laws.

•  No one is allowed to promote, advertise, offer, or sell goods or services in person or online in the training rooms of Danielle The Happy Medium and The Odd Bod School of Mediumship.

Young Adults:

• Persons under 16 are not permitted any class/course under 18 years of age on Courses involving trance or altered states unless the Course has been expressly or is considered suitable.

• Any persons under the age of 16 attending Danielle The Happy Medium and The Odd Bod School of Mediumship

•  must be accompanied and controlled by a parent or guardian at all times.

• Danielle The Happy Medium and The Odd Bod School of Mediumship

cannot accept any responsibility or liability for their safety and welfare.

Certification:

• Danielle The Happy Medium and The Odd Bod School of Mediumship do not provide any form of certification.

Customer Service:

• Providing a high level of customer service satisfaction is the central ethos at Danielle The Happy Medium and The Odd Bod School of Mediumship

and we always want to deliver quality to all our students.

However, we are aware that issues can arise from time to time, which may leave you dissatisfied with the level of service you have received. Should you feel that we haven't met your needs of yourself,

Please email your complaint to theoddbodschoolofmediumship@gmail.com. We will then deal with it within 7 to 10 working days.

Any concerns will be treated confidentially within 7 to 10 working days.

School Rules

 The school accepts no responsibility or liability for visitors’ money, clothing, documents, valuables, or other items or belongings. Cars parked in the car park area are at the owner’s risk.

Dietary Needs.

- The school charges include a standard meal/s under the daily menu. The school does promote a well-balanced diet.

- Normal diets,

-vegetarian

-vegan 

-lactose-free

- gluten-free 

There will always be a meal from the main menu that fits your needs, including your dietary needs.  We would like you to let us know your nutritional needs four weeks before your course dates start to ensure we have all we need for you. We do not charge you extra for any of your needs.

The school will provide a meal that promotes a balanced diet suitable for all dietary tolerances where we can.

School Rooms

-Unless otherwise specified, rooms become available from 12 pm on the day of arrival.
Courses will commence at the time stated in the write-up on the website.
