Refund and Cancellation Policy for all bookings. Welcome to our Refund/Cancellation policy, which will affect your financial agreement between the client, Danielle The Happy Medium, and The odd bod school of mediumship. Please note that each booking is more than just a transaction. It's a commitment, a legally binding contract that you make with Danielle The Happy Medium and The odd bod school of mediumship, and it's a commitment we trust you to honour. It's important to understand that ALL Bookings are Non-refundable and Non-transferable. This underscores the significance of your decision to book with us. Once balances are paid in whole or part, they are not Refundable or Transferable. This policy reminds you of the weight of your commitment once you've made a booking. We cannot transfer fees/money to other bookings for missed bookings or non-attendance. The booking fee is non refundable/transferable. The first payment is the deposit to secure your space on a mentoring, intensive package, or school residential, either online or in person. This deposit is also non-refundable and non transferable. Payments must be received by the 30th of every month, at least three months in advance. Suppose payment/s are late without notification/agreement. In that case, you risk losing your deposit, incurring additional fees, and potentially losing your place on the booking/course/mentoring/online programme/workshop/residentials/s/group/private sitting/gift voucher & Training in person or online. The customer/client/student is responsible for ensuring payments are timely. Payments are taken via card, online banking, Pay pal, and the websites of Danielle the Happy Medium and The Odd Bod School of Mediumship. Suppose the customer decides to withdraw/decides not to go ahead with the online/in person program/Training/course/booking /(Group) /private sitting/ Gift voucher/school in person or online. In that case, the total balance will be liable to pay for the entire program length. Also, any money paid is not refundable or transferable.
