Service Description
A private 30-minute reading with Danielle, held either by Zoom or telephone. After selecting your date and time, use the message box on the booking form to state “Zoom” or “telephone”. For a telephone reading, please enter the number Danielle should call.
Cancellation Policy
Please read the full Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policy before paying: https://www.daniellethehappymedium.co.uk/refundpolicy Bookings are personal and confirmed only once the required payment has been received. If you cannot attend, contact Danielle in writing as soon as possible. Missed appointments, late arrival and customer cancellations are not automatically eligible for a refund, transfer or credit. Any approved cancellation charge or retained payment will reflect services or work already supplied, reasonable administration, non-recoverable costs and actual financial loss. If Danielle cancels and cannot provide the booked service or a suitable agreed alternative, refund rights will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law. For online bookings, statutory cancellation rights may apply. If you ask for an appointment, service or personalised email reading to begin within 14 days of booking, you must expressly request this. If you cancel after work has begun, you may need to pay for the part already supplied. Once a service has been fully performed following your express request, the right to cancel may be lost. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Mediumship and psychic readings are subjective. No particular person, communication, evidence, message or outcome can be guaranteed. Email readings cannot cover health, pregnancy, legal or financial matters.
