The Odd Bod School of Mediumship: Our Story

Danielle’s Star Academy of Mediumship was formerly known as The Odd Bod School of Mediumship.

The original name celebrated something Danielle has always taught: no two mediums are the same.

Mediumship is often considered unusual, and mediums themselves can sometimes be viewed as “odd” or different. The Odd Bod School was created as a place where those differences were welcomed—not corrected or squeezed into one fixed way of working.

Every person has their own personality, awareness, life experience and relationship with the Spirit World. These qualities shape how their mediumship develops and how they communicate their evidence.

Danielle strongly believes that mediumship is not one-size-fits-all. Students should be supported in understanding their own natural abilities rather than being taught to copy somebody else.

As the school grew, it evolved into Danielle’s Star Academy of Mediumship—a clearer home for Danielle’s online programmes, live classes, mentoring, workshops and residential training.

The name has changed, but the principle at the heart of the school remains the same:

Your difference is your strength. Your mediumship should be uniquely your own.
